Our council maintains a Charities account of which 100% goes back out to charities and causes which we support and promote. Some are budgeted annual contributions, while others are voted upon and supported as needed or requested. Funds are raised for this account through member dues, donations, and fundraisers throughout the year.
In addition to financial support, our council and its members offer prayers, spiritual assistance, moral support, volunteer hours and more.
Some of the charities we support: Pro-Life organizations, Pregnancy Centers, Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent DePaul, KofC Coats for Kids, KofC Wheelchair Initiative, Brazos Valley Food Bank, disaster relief, KofC Texas State Charities, Special Olympics, Down Syndrome Association of the Brazos Valley.
Some of the other Causes we support: Seminarians and Religious Life formation, St. Thomas Aquinas church needs, educational material kiosk at the church, educational scholarships.
